80% of the population can be trained how to remote view, and you can find many different protocols on the web but the original Controlled Remote Viewing (CRV) is what was taught in the military using American tax dollars, and YES you can too.  You need to follow the proper protocol and practice, practice.

When out of body you have full 360 degree visual awareness and you can touch items and you can see and move with the power of your mind.  In Remote Viewing you never leave your body but are writing down pieces of data as they come to you.  There is very little visual awareness with Remote Viewing.

This website is not the only resource on becoming a professional remote viewer, but is the only one where you will be trained by ME on how to become a Remote Viewer.  Reading on different websites and practicing at home is one way and you are encouraged to try those methods, but signing up for a one or two day workshop will help show you the proper protocol and introduce you to others who are passionate about RV.
